Scientific program
EUROIF 2019 and COST EuroCellNet, Turku, Finland, 9-11 June 2019
Cytoskeletal and Mechanical Properties of Intermediate Filaments for Health
The conference program will consist of scientific talks, poster presentations, and opportunities for discussions, networking, and initiation of collaborations. The meeting is multidisciplinary and will cover intermediate filaments in basic cell biology as well as their role in health and disease. Examples of topics to be included are mechanobiological features of intermediate filament in cellular homeostasis and health, signaling cross-talk, cytoskeletal structure and interactions as well as novel technological aspects. An imaging photo-competition will also be organized.
